The University of Arkansas (UCA) uses strategic partners or agents in certain countries to help make the admissions and applications process easier for prospective students. These strategic partners of UCA help prospective students by offering support services such as TEOFL test preparation, interview practice sessions. question and answer sessions for parents, travel arrangements. Strategic partners also provide continued service to current international students and their parents and serve as an in country point of contact.

The University of Central Arkansas neither pays, nor receives any direct compensation from its strategic partners. All fees are charged directly to students. All fees and procedures are reviewed by the University.
