Internships
What is an Internship?
An internship can be a paid or non paid work experience that is related to your major. In an internship college credit is given through the Department in which the student is pursuing their degree. In an Internship there is a three way partnership between the student, UCA (faculty supervisor), and the employer. This relationship and the overall internship experience allows the student to complete course credit, gain relevant work experience for their resume, to develop networking contacts for the future, and to secure job placement upon graduation.
