8/27 | Singer/Songwriter: Jessica Sonner  | 1:00 pm - 2:30 pm | Student Center Courtyard | | Sonner released her self titled ep in December 2005, featuring fan favorites Rescue Me, Fool, and Open Your Eyes. She has since established herself as an emerging solo artist with a bright future ahead. For the past 3 years, Sonner has been continually singing her heart out all over the country for anyone who will listen. Wooing audiences with her compelling lyrics and soulful voice, she is quickly capturing the hearts of both fan and industry alike. With a new album due out spring 2008, Sonner has been caught sharing the spotlight with artists such as Colbie Caillat, Tristan Prettyman, Matt Wertz, Jon McLaughlin, Dave Barnes and many more. Armed with a loyal fanbase, a solid acoustic sound, and a sultry unforgettable voice, Jessica Sonner is making her way to an iPod near you. |
| 9/17 | Singer/Songwriter: Steve Means  | 12:30 pm - 2:00 pm | Student Center Courtyard | |  Combining smooth grooves with powerful lyrics and infectious hooks, 22 year old singer/songwriter Steve Means soulful brew of pop music has earned him a rapidly growing national fanbase. Averaging 100+ college shows a year and racking up over one million plays/views on his MySpace page, Means is the definition of a self-sustaining modern artist. His funk-infused acoustic sound has drawn comparisons to everyone from Stevie Wonder and Marc Broussard to John Mayer.
Being a triple threat songwriter, musician, and performer, Steve Means has hooks that satisfy even the most discriminating listeners.

| 10/9 | UCA Unplugged featuring Eden's Edge  | 7:00 pm | Student Center Ballroom | |  Edens Edge is a music trio from Nashville, TN. They are today's country with wings and roots. Originally based out of AR, Hannah Blaylock, Cherrill Green, and Dean Berner followed the music to Nashville in 2007. Since moving there, they signed a management deal and have been writing and recording a new album. The band is planning a schedule of live performances to begin in the spring. So your next question might be "Where is Edens Edge?" Visit them online soon at edensedgetheband.com. See you on the Edge.
$1 Admission with UCA Student ID and $5 for Faculty, Staff and General Public.

| 11/10 | Acoustic Duo: Ryanhood  | 1:00 pm - 2:30 pm | Student Center Food Court | |  Once rivals in the Arizona music scene, Ryan Green and Cameron Hood joined forces and traveled to Boston in 2003 with big dreams. In three years time, the acoustic guitar duo has graduated from performing subway stations to touring theaters with platinum-selling artist Jason Mraz; and gone from selling self-made CDs to recording their forthcoming record with Grammy-winning producer Ross Hogarth.
In 2004 they were chosen to perform in Boston's world famous Street Performers Festival at Faneuil Hall. Soon after, they found themselves looking out on a standing ovation at the 2005 NACA National Conference. Their performance landed them on the conference Top-20 Hot List according to Campus Acitivites Magazine, who would go on to call the duo one of the hottest new bands in the college market today. |
